Accessibility Statement

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we aim for

We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means readable text sizes and contrast, visible keyboard focus, full keyboard access to menus and the cart, descriptive alt text on images, labelled form fields with clear error messages, and respect for the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.

Where we fall short

[TODO(owner): list known gaps honestly once a screen-reader audit has been run. An accessibility statement that claims full conformance without testing is worse than one that names its gaps.]

Tell us

If you hit a barrier on this site, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and describe what happened and what you were using. We will fix it and tell you when it is done.
