Terms of Sale & Site Use
Last updated 15 August 2026. Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd is a company registered in Australia selling online into the United States.
These terms govern your use of mishbio.us and any order you place with Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

Where we sell
We sell online only, to delivery addresses in the United States. We do not operate a physical shop, and we do not currently accept orders from outside the United States.
Products
We sell cosmetic products and dietary supplements. Product images are illustrative; packaging and formulation may change, and the ingredient list printed on the product you receive is the authoritative one.
Our cosmetic products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and those products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an email confirming despatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it, and is shown before you confirm payment.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you before doing anything.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under United States federal or state consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping for a competing service, no interference with its operation. Site content, branding and photography belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the United States state in which you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
